Subscriber Agreement

This agreement applies only to subscribers of private content, resources, membership access, newsletters with gated content, or any areas of the site requiring login or subscription.

1. Subscription Access and Credentials

When you subscribe, you may be issued a username and password.

• Charges will recur automatically on the renewal cycle unless cancelled.
• You agree to pay all fees incurred for your subscription at the rates in effect when charges occur.
• All fees are non-refundable.

Our Privacy Policy is part of this Agreement. You agree to its terms when you subscribe.

4. User Conduct

Communication features (such as forums or subscriber interactions) must be used respectfully. You agree not to post harmful, unlawful, offensive, or defamatory material.

5. Intellectual Property

Content on the site is proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish site content without written permission.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate this agreement or applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
